Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with mental health disorders
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
- Monitor and document patient behaviors and progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct patient assessments and assist with crisis intervention as needed
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior change
- Provide support and guidance to patients' families and caregivers
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a hospital or mental health setting is preferred
- Knowledge of working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is highly desirable
- Familiarity with child and family counseling techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and coding is preferred
- Strong research skills to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health treatment
